Holds a degree in Political Science from the Carlos III University of Madrid, as well as a Master’s in Image Consulting and Political Advisory from Camilo José Cela University.
He has developed his professional career in public management, leading and coordinating teams in the field of digital transformation. He also has prior experience in public service consultancy, social development, cultural industries, and in the management and evaluation of public policies and services, as well as in the management of European funds and projects supported by EU direct management programmes.
