Holds a PhD in Law. Lawyer and University Professor with more than 25 years of experience, he has held various senior positions in both the public sector and private industry, including Director at KPMG Abogados and Corporate Legal and Risk Director at Grupo AYESA.
In the public sector, he served as Head of Contracting at what is now the Public Works Agency of the Regional Government of Andalusia. In academia, he is a Law Lecturer specialising in Contract Law and Public-Private Partnerships at Loyola University Andalusia.
At Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo, he has advised on numerous public procurement projects in the fields of innovation and technology.
