Southern Europe's largest technology cluster, onTech Innovation, is organizing the 2nd Connect Forum. On November 3rd and 4th, the Barceló Sevilla Renacimiento convention center will host a technology exhibition conceived as a universe of infinite possibilities. Professor of Physics at the University of Almería (UAL), he served as Vice-Rector for Research, Development and Innovation at the same institution between June 2015 and September 2018, and has carried out research at the Spanish Antarctic Base Juan Carlos I, in Antarctica. Cristina Murillo Gómez holds a PhD and a degree in Economics and Business Studies from the University of the Basque Country/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea in San Sebastián. She earned her doctorate in Project Management related to Corporate Social Responsibility. She also holds a Master’s in Systems Development in Internet Environments, as well as a Master’s in Social Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Open Innovation.
She is the European President of Silicon Europe Alliance and the National Vice-President of the Spanish Federation of Business Groupings.
Daniel González Bootello
President of FENAIC
Daniel leads the strategic definition of the organisation and coordinates initiatives that connect companies, public administrations and knowledge agents in the field of smart cities. He is chiefly responsible for driving the vision of the Smart City cluster, managing its growth, and strengthening the association’s role as a national benchmark in urban innovation.
A Telecommunications Engineer with a professional background at Arthur Andersen, Iberdrola and the Andalusian Network of Technology Spaces, he has directed more than thirty AEI projects and contributed to the development of regional R&D&I policies. His experience ranges from managing European funds to designing digitalisation strategies for cities and territories.
Daniel Salamanca
Graduate in Computer Science from the Pontifical University of Salamanca. Founding partner of the company Comvive Servidores 22 years ago, dedicated to website hosting, he took the next step 12 years ago and set up his own data center in San Jose de la Rinconada, Seville, to continue growing in the hosting business by focusing on local businesses and remaining independent of large corporations.

Francisco Javier Navarro Reventós
With over 30 years of experience in the technology consulting sector, Francisco Javier Navarro Reventós has led strategic projects in areas as diverse as IT security, systems engineering, and the development and implementation of software solutions. He has held senior positions as an IT Consultant in companies such as Bio-Oils, part of Moeve, and Cayco, consistently providing an integrated vision between technological needs and business requirements.

With more than 12 years of experience working on development and innovation projects in automation, ICTs, AI, Big Data and IoT, he has spent the past six years leading initiatives and the Advanced Analytics and AI division at Grupo Solutia, where he currently serves as Director.
His career is underpinned by his training as an Industrial Engineer specialising in Automation and Robotics, a Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence, and further certifications in specific areas including project management, technology standards, data science platforms and data governance, among others.

A computer engineer with a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and a second PhD in Technology Law, with extensive experience in research projects in the field of Artificial Intelligence, delivering tangible results and practical applications, particularly in biomedicine.
His professional career includes his role as Director-General of the Barcelona Science Park, a public institution dedicated to promoting innovation and research, where he successfully led a multidisciplinary team. In 2019, Belda founded MiWEndo Solutions, which has developed a device aimed at improving the detection of malignant polyps associated with colorectal cancer.

José Carlos Gómez Villamandos is a Professor in the Department of Anatomy and Comparative Pathological Anatomy at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Córdoba. He was elected Rector of this institution in May 2014, a position he held until May 2022. In 2019, he was appointed President of the Conference of Rectors of Spanish Universities. Gómez Villamandos also holds a diploma in Higher Education Management.

Manuel Terriza
An Andalusian businessman with a distinguished career in the technology sector. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Seville (1986-1991), and completed his training with a Leadership and Management Program (PLD) at Loyola University Andalusia (1985-1990) and the Senior Management Program for Leading Companies and Institutions (ADEL) at San Telmo. He is currently a partner and CEO of GrupoBGO, an Andalusian technology group undergoing expansion and a leading ICT integrator for SMEs, corporations, and organizations in the areas in which the Group operates. María del Carmen Rodríguez Quirós
Holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Seville, a Master’s in Management and Information Technologies for Local Administration from INAP and the Polytechnic University of Madrid, and a Master’s in Leadership and Public Management from INAP and the Menéndez Pelayo International University (UIMP). She is also an Expert Evaluator for the National Agency for Evaluation and Foresight of the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness.
She is Honorary Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Languages and Computer Systems at the School of Computer Engineering, University of Seville.
Her professional career has been developed in the fields of Software Engineering, Information Systems Development, and Technical Management for Local Public Administration at INPRO, the IT company of the Provincial Council of Seville, where she has worked since 1989.
As Managing Director of INPRO, she is responsible for defining and promoting strategies for innovation and the implementation of new technologies within the Provincial Council and the municipalities of the Province of Seville, as well as overseeing the management of the company itself.
MARIA NIEVES VALENZUELA ROMERO

Holds a degree in Chemical Engineering, specialising in industrial engineering, from the University of Seville. She has undertaken further training at the Loyola Leadership School, completing the Project Management Programme and the Executive Development Programme, the latter in collaboration with Georgetown University and the Quinlan School of Business Executive Education.
Since 2020, she has been in charge of the management of the Andalusian Public Education Agency in Almería, attached to the Regional Ministry of Educational Development and Vocational Training.

He has been responsible for managing and coordinating the ECOPEST project (Ecopest_Tech Solutions), an initiative focused on developing intelligent, digital, and sustainable solutions for urban pest control, integrating IoT technologies, artificial vision, and biocontrol. He is the author of over 70 scientific publications and several books, combining research with teaching and training professionals in the sector.

A professional with more than 25 years of experience in cluster management, digital transformation, internationalization, sustainability, and open innovation. She is currently the Cluster Manager of the Smartech Cluster, where she leads the growth and collaboration strategy between companies in the smart homes, buildings, and cities sectors. She has also played a key role as Business Development Director at SECARTYS, promoting the competitiveness of technology companies nationally and internationally. An economist by training from Pompeu Fabra University, she also coordinates the SmartLivingPlat technology platform, focused on home automation and smart cities. Her career is highlighted by her leadership skills, management of complex projects, and creation of high-impact collaborative networks.
