President of the Confederation of Employers of Andalusia
President of the CEA since January 2014, following re-elections in 2018 and 2022.
González de Lara also holds the positions of Vice-President of the Spanish Confederation of Business Organisations (CEOE) and Coordinator of Territorial Action. He is likewise President of the Confederation of Employers of Málaga (CEM); of the CEM Foundation for Culture, Economy and Environment; and of the Mutual Guarantee Society GARÁNTIA, which supports the financing of SMEs and the self-employed in Andalusia. In addition, he serves as Vice-President of the Southern Region Council of the Association for Management Progress (APD) and sits on the Boards of Directors of several Andalusian and national companies.
