Holds a Law degree and a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Pontifical University of Comillas (ICADE E-3), and an Executive MBA from the School of Industrial Organisation (Seville).
He began his professional career in 2001 in the field of consultancy at Arthur Andersen, later working for the international firms KPMG and Everis. In these, he held positions of responsibility as Senior Manager and Director, always linked to advising and developing projects for the public sector, including the drafting and implementation of strategic plans, the optimisation and streamlining of processes and procedures, and the design and roll-out of management indicator systems, among others.
